Nat helped me to unlock multiple levels within myself as an athlete and as a person, this has lead to improvements in my life both on and off the court. I didn't realize that I could be a leader until she was my coach.

Nat was able to communicate in a way that spoke to my inner person that was hiding behind thick defensive layers of life experiences and draw him out. Netball has changed my life in such a deep way.

It takes a lot to get my "Netball respect" but Nat had it at day 1. Not just because I was slightly intimidated by her intensity, but because the elite words she spoke were backed with the elite actions to match.
